Aflac Office “Policyholder Specialist” Duties
*Reception – greeting walk-ins and being a welcoming face to our clients and answering office phone
Receiving, reviewing and updating claims
Helping policyholders request documentation
Working with Aflac HQ to resolve any pended or denied claims
Submitting Claims to Aflac
Looking up policy numbers

*Helping call on existing clients on behalf of the district office to touch base to see how they are doing

*Sending in change forms for address changes, cancellations, transfers

*Checking status on change requests to make sure they are completed

*Filing enrollment elections

*Organizing larger enrollments for Melody and Jade
Gather necessary brochures, claim forms and enrollment forms
Make sure invoices are printed and included
Wellness history report

Make sure incoming inventory in put away
Organize and put away enrollment materials post-enrollment
Keeping Melody and Jade stocked with packets for each state
Keep claims form drawer stocked and organized

*Assist office administrator as needed

Starting Hours would be M-TH
8:30 to 3:00 with ½ lunch OR could start at 8 and take an hour lunch – flexible on that….

Fridays would be added in as needed and we would be flexible on that.
