We are seeking a confident, energized leader to provide a key operational role in the success of our Collections Department in our Brookings location.  As a member of our management team, your people skills will foster a positive and cooperative work environment in our multi-client customer contact center.  Your background should include a demonstrated ability to provide leadership and direction to staff, manage time effectively, meet multiple deadlines, and meet production and quality standards through the efforts of assigned employees. Experience in a customer contact call center is beneficial. Knowledge of Visa and MasterCard regulations, as well as knowledge of laws, rules and regulations applicable to the financial services industry is preferred.
