PROGRAM ASSISTANT II – COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

 

Deadline:  September 27, 2016

Salary Range CG HH:  $16.12 – $23.03/hour

12 months, 100% time

Job Responsibilities:  Provide assistance to administrative officials through planning, directing and coordinating activities for the College of Engineering in the areas of academics, college event planning and K-12 outreach.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of:  Budget, personnel, database and curriculum management; outreach activities including event planning; and computer software applications and software.

Ability to:  Oversee curriculum changes, catalog updates, small section monitoring, scholarship data, etc.; maintain knowledge of academic processes; create and manage databases; prepare complex logistics across multiple on and off campus units; work with diverse professionals; work with minimal direct supervision in an environment where priorities may change rapidly; research, compile and report data; interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures; communicate clearly and concisely; and prioritize work to meet competing deadlines.

Comments:  Bachelor’s degree in Business or related along with prior administrative work experience is desired.  Employment is contingent upon a successful background check.
