• Manage shipping & receiving processes as well as all material flow throughout the plant.

• Supervise six full-time employees including: Material Handlers and Shipping Coordinator

• Ensure achievement of established customer service goals, inventory and productivity levels, safety requirements, and efficiency.

Master Scheduler

• Schedule incoming customer orders by utilizing production plan to create master schedule, that ensures on time delivery of product while maintaining efficient production and material flow.

• Work with sales force and customer service personnel to problem solve customer requests, so the customer is receiving product as needed and the plant continues running uninterrupted.

• Created new scheduling process that have allowed the production floor to run both lasers and presses more efficiently as well as better utilize man power.

• Used process mapping to improve efficiency within the plant including: production cell layout and parts flow through the production floor.
